Sound Bath Sundays

Restore balance and start your week with intention

Join us for a soothing Sunday evening community sound journey designed to calm your nervous system, release tension, and help you reconnect with your inner peace.

Each session blends the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Chinese wind gong, chimes, Tibetan bowl, tongue drum, ocean drum, thunder box and rain stick to create a meditative, immersive experience.

Sound baths offer deep rest for the body and clarity for the mind. When physical and emotional stress loops leave us feeling stuck, sound can help interrupt the cycle, encouraging the body’s natural healing processes. This practice is especially beneficial for those who struggle to meditate—sound gives your busy mind something to anchor to.

Our bodies are composed of around 60% water, and sound waves travel more efficiently through water than air. The instruments used are tuned to 432 Hz, a frequency known for its gentle, harmonising effect on the body and mind, helping restore balance at a cellular level.

Test Your Metal Kettles is designed to challenge your cardiovascular fitness, core stability, and full-body strength with functional, high-intensity movements that deliver results. Expect a full-body workout that works your muscles hard and challenges your core throughout, as it stabilises during every movement. Thanks to the structure of these sessions, you'll continue to burn calories for up to 24 hours after class—hello, afterburn effect!

🛑 Please note: Due to the ballistic nature of kettlebell training, this class is not suitable for everyone. If you’re pregnant, have back or neck issues, or experience high or low blood pressure, please do not attend. What You’ll Need

This class uses an “every minute on the minute” style (EMOM) to keep intensity high and technique front and centre.

You’ll need:

  • One or two kettlebells you can work with non-stop throughout the session.
  • If you’re newer to kettlebells or to training, start light—2kg to 4kg is a great starting point.
  • If you’re already strong and conditioned, go heavier—6kg to 8kg or more.
  • Do not aim to lift anything like you would in the gym - there are far more reps in this fast paced class than you'd do in the gym!
  • A towel, water, and a readiness to embrace the sweat!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, anxious, or simply in need of a little stillness, this practice can offer grounding, clarity, and calm. Everything is guided, and you’re always encouraged to go at your own pace. As with all practices, listen to your body and mind—take what you need, leave the rest.

Breathwork:

Whilst breathwork is beneficial for many people, some breathwork techniques may not be appropriate for everyone. Please consult with your healthcare provider first if you have any of the following conditions:

  • Cardiovascular Issues: Conditions like angina, high blood pressure, or a history of heart attacks or strokes may make intense breathwork unsafe.
  • Respiratory Conditions: Severe asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) can be aggravated by certain breathing techniques.
  • Neurological Conditions: Epilepsy or a history of seizures may pose risks during breathwork.
  • Pregnancy: Some breathwork techniques may not be suitable during pregnancy, especially those involving intense breath-holding or abdominal pressure.
  • Recent Surgeries or Injuries: Healing tissues or injuries may be affected by the physical intensity of some practices.

What You’ll Need

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. You can sit upright in a chair or, straight or cross-legged on a cushion, or lie down if you prefer. You may want to have:

  • A yoga mat or soft surface
  • Cushions or pillows for support
  • A blanket to stay warm (your body temperature can drop as you relax)
  • An eye pillow or scarf to block out light (optional)

A softly lit space can help you feel more settled. Headphones can enhance the experience but aren’t essential.

Step away from the busyness of everyday life and settle into stillness with this live online sound bath. You'll be immersed in the pure, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, Chinese wind gong, chimes, Tibetan bowl, tongue drum, ocean drum, rain stick, Tibetan chimes, and thunderbox—each carefully chosen for its vibrational quality. Reikiroma includes a Symphony of the Cells treatment combined with Reiki. This is a tailored essential oil application that targets different body systems and related conditions. A powerful treatment developed by the late Dolores Cannon.

Sessions take 5 hours, or as long as it takes. Please allow plenty of time and ensure you don't need to rush off to be somewhere else afterwards.

We begin with a chat so that I can get to know you and ask some questions. You will have spent time beforehand considering the questions you would like answering and these will be discussed too.

You then move on to the regression, where I will ensure you reach the deepest state of relaxation - the somnambulistic state. During this part of the session, it is your Higher Self who is in charge of selecting the experience(s) most relevant to the questions you want answers to, and the issues you want to resolve. It is best to keep an open mind and not limit yourself with prior expectations. Once this section is complete, I then requests that the client’s Higher Self speaks with them and answers questions, and if appropriate, also does a scan of the client’s body and gives some healing.
