Drift away on the frequencies of sound to reset and rebalance your body, mind and soul

Your sound healing session will incorporate a range of instruments, including beautiful crystal sound bowls, a gorgeous Chinese Wind Gong, Tibetan Sound bowls and various percussion. The instruments are all tuned to the healing frequency of 432hz. The crystal bowls are great for targeting different chakras and helping to release any blocks and help to rebalance the energy.

Collectively the instruments help you to move into a state of deep relaxation, similar to meditation - the sound gives you a point of focus and helps to clear the mind. Whilst you are in this state it allows the body to heal itself. The vibrations produced by the instruments help to calm the nervous system, alleviate anxiety, and promote a sense of inner calm. As the mind relaxes, the body follows suit, releasing tension stored in muscles and tissues. Moreover, sound healing has been shown to improve sleep quality. If you would prefer a gong bath only, or a Crystal Bowl only sound bath please let us know beforehand and this can easily be arranged.

Cancellations

What if I can't make my booking?

We understand that sometimes life is super busy, things crop up, we have emergencies and we can't make our scheduled commitments as we planned to.  We are a small business who relies on our bookings to make a living - we all know the cost of which is currently the highest its been in our lifetimes.  So, we have tried to form a cancellation policy that meets halfway and we hope you understand.

Do I always have to pay when I book?

Yes, your payment secures your booking.

For courses, events and QHHT the payments are non-refundable - this is due to the time commitments and work that goes into these services before the session.

If you cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment...

For Yoga Classes, Reiki and Reikiroma treatments - if you cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before then you can either rearrange the appointment or have your money back. If you give less than 48 hours notice then the appointment will be non-refundable - this is because we will be unlikely to fill the appointment at short notice.
