Move, breathe, and reset — a 30-minute pocket of calm designed for real life.

Find focus, flow, and stillness in this half-hour online yoga practice - sometimes dynamic, sometimes deeply restorative. Each class works towards strengthening and stretching the body, steadying the mind, and soothing the nervous system.

This class is perfect for busy days when you still want to reconnect with yourself. Every session is a reminder that even 30 minutes of intentional practice can shift your energy and restore balance from the inside out.

What to Expect

Each week brings a slightly different theme or focus — from grounding through the lower body, to opening the heart, to releasing tension through the spine. You might flow through short Hatha sequences, pause in deep Yin stillness, or combine both in a balanced Yin-Yang approach. Whatever the style, you’ll leave feeling more centred, clear, and calm.

Who It’s For

Open to all levels — beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and make adjustments as needed. This class is about mindful connection, not perfection.

If you’re pregnant or working with an injury, please get in touch beforehand so we can advise you appropriately.

What You’ll Need

  • A yoga mat and any supports that bring comfort — a cushion, blocks, bolster or blanket.
  • A quiet, comfortable space where you can move freely and unwind.
  • Optional: eye pillow or bolster for deep relaxation sessions.

  4. Arrive a few minutes early and settle in.
  5. Once class begins, everyone is muted for a focused, peaceful experience.
