Soulful Sunday Yin

Wind down your weekend with a calming and restorative hour of Yin Yoga in a peaceful community setting

Held every other Sunday evening, this gentle community class is designed to help you stretch deeply, release tension, and prepare your body and mind for the new week ahead.

🧘‍♀️ What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga where poses are held for 2–5 minutes. Unlike more dynamic styles, such as Hatha, that target muscles, Yin focuses on deeper connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and tendons. The longer holds also help quiet the mind and cultivate stillness through the breath.

Benefits of Yin Yoga include:

  • Increased flexibility and joint mobility
  • Improved organ function and circulation
  • Emotional release and nervous system regulation
  • Mental clarity and inner calm.

🧺 What to Bring

Please make sure to bring a yoga mat and anything that helps you feel supported and comfortable—bolster, cushions, blocks, blanket, thick socks. If you're unsure, a cushion and blanket are a great place to start!

(Enter via the blue door to the right-hand side of the main entrance at the rear. Limited parking available.)

💲This session costs £7, payable on booking. Please note the cancellation policy below before booking.

🕒 Cancellation & Refund Policy (Please Read!)

  • Payment is required when you book.
  • You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before class for a full refund or to transfer your booking.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of class are non-refundable. This is because your space has been reserved, class prep is already underway, and it’s unlikely we’ll refill your spot at short notice.
