Held every other Sunday evening, this gentle community class is designed to help you stretch deeply, release tension, and prepare your body and mind for the new week ahead.
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga where poses are held for 2–5 minutes. Unlike more dynamic styles, such as Hatha, that target muscles, Yin focuses on deeper connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and tendons. The longer holds also help quiet the mind and cultivate stillness through the breath.
