Zen on Zoom: Sound Bath

A soothing online sound bath to help you rest, reset, and recalibrate

Step away from the busyness of everyday life and settle into stillness with this live online sound bath. You'll be immersed in the pure, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, Chinese wind gong, chimes, Tibetan bowl, tongue drum, ocean drum, rain stick, Tibetan chimes, and thunderbox—each carefully chosen for its vibrational quality. These 30–45 minute sessions offer you a space to rest deeply—no talking, no doing, just receiving.

Sound travels more efficiently through water—and since our bodies are mostly water, these vibrations can deeply affect our cells and energy systems. My instruments are set to the frequency of 432hz which is known for its healing benefits. When our cells are at dis-ease, the frequency of 432hz can help to bring them back into balance.

This is your moment to drop into quiet, restore your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner calm.

What to Expect

Each sound bath invites you into a restful, meditative state supported by vibrational sound. You’ll simply lie down, listen, and receive. Benefits may include:

Who It’s For

These sessions are suitable for most people, except for ladies in the first trimester of pregnancy, and don’t require any experience or effort—just a willingness to rest. If you’re feeling frazzled, burnt out, low in energy, or overstimulated, this session offers you a soft space to land.

Sound sensitivity notice: if you experience migraines triggered by sound or have a neurological condition triggered by sound these sessions may not be advisable for you.

What You’ll Need

  • A quiet space where you won’t be disturbed
  • A yoga mat, blanket, or bed to lie down on
  • Cushions or bolsters for comfort
  • A blanket to stay cosy
  • Headphones (preferred) or good quality speakers
  • Eye pillow, covering or soft lighting to help you relax.

  3. Check your email for the class link (don’t forget to check spam!).
  4. Arrive a few minutes early and get admitted from the waiting room.
  5. Camera on or off—whatever helps you focus.
  6. Everyone is muted once class begins for a distraction-free session.
  7. Stay on the call for a few quiet minutes after the session ends if you'd like to linger in stillness before re-entering your day.
