This retreat is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect. Not by doing more, fixing yourself, or pushing through — but by creating space to come home to your body, your inner wisdom, and what matters most.
Through restorative yoga, breathwork, journaling, working with essential oils, guided somatic practices, nervous system reset tools and a deeply soothing sound bath, we’ll spend the day tending to the parts of you that are ready to rest, reflect, and realign.
This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a slow exhale. A day of nourishment, reflection, and realignment — held in a safe, supportive space.
No experience is needed, just come as you are — tender, tired, curious or hopeful — all of you is welcome.
