Looking for a short, effective workout that fits into your busy schedule? Pulse Forwards Fitness is designed to improve cardiovascular health, build lean muscle, and enhance flexibility, reconnecting you with your vitality from home—all in just 30 minutes. Whether you're looking to feel fitter, stronger, or just need a mood-boosting sweat session, this online fitness class is for you.

Each class offers scalable options, whether you're starting out or looking to reignite your routine. Movements are simple, effective, and can be tailored to suit where you're starting from. Exercises combine cardio and resistance training using bodyweight or (optionally) dumbbells or a kettlebell.

Suitable for most abilities—except for those who are pregnant. If you’re unsure whether this class is right for you, get in touch and we’ll be happy to advise. As always, listen to your body. You know yourself best—never push through pain. These sessions are about challenge, not punishment. This is your time to move mindfully, build strength safely, and reconnect with your body.
