This 60-minute in-person Hatha class is designed to bring balance to body and mind through a steady, mindful practice rooted in traditional principles. By synchronising breath with movement, we create space for inner stillness, clarity, and strength—on and off the mat.
Each session follows a classical Hatha yoga structure: beginning with grounding and gentle warm-up, progressing through Sun Salutations, standing and floor based poses, and closing with a deeply restorative guided relaxation and breathwork practice. Expect a calming, purposeful pace that allows time to connect with each pose and truly feel into your body.
Hatha Yoga places particular emphasis on breath control (pranayama) to clear energetic pathways and support a more meditative state of awareness. This practice supports not just flexibility and strength, but also focus, emotional resilience, and nervous system regulation.

This class is suitable for most abilities—except during pregnancy. If you're unsure whether it's the right fit for you, feel free to get in touch.
