As we move into a new year, many of us feel ready for a fresh start — physically, mentally, and emotionally. This collaborative workshop brings together two complementary approaches to wellbeing:

Josh Hammond (Build & Sustain Coaching): supporting women 40+ to achieve everlasting confidence during menopause without overwhelm or spending hours in the a gym.

Zoë Smith (Your Vitality Coaching): empowering people to reclaim their energy and feel more grounded, strong and steady through nervous-system-informed movement, mindfulness and holistic wellbeing.

Together, we’ve created a practical and restorative half-day experience to help you reset your foundations, reconnect with your body, and step into 2026 feeling steadier and more supported.

Who is it for?

This workshop is designed for anyone navigating midlife changes and wanting practical, grounded support — especially if you’re noticing shifts in hormones, energy, sleep, mood or motivation.

We’ll explore:

  • Hormones & perimenopause: what’s changing, why it matters, and how to work with your body
  • Strength, stability & sustainable habits: how to build resilience without burnout
  • Movement for wellbeing: exercise that supports your hormones, bones, and long-term health
  • Connecting body, breath and mind: simple tools to calm the nervous system and regulate stress
  • Practical strategies for shaping your 2026 wellness: habits, recovery, motivation, and daily rituals that actually fit your life

Whether you’re feeling a little stuck, craving a reset, or wanting guidance on how to support your body through this season of life, this day gives you the clarity, confidence, and calm to move into the new year with purpose.

The day is suitable for all levels of fitness and experience for the able-bodied.

What to Expect

A blend of education, mindful movement, and restorative practices — with space to reflect, reset, and realign.

10:00 – 10:15 • Welcome & Intention Setting

A warm arrival, introductions, and a short reflection on what “reset” means for you.

10:15 – 11:30 • Mindset, Diet and Movement (with Josh)

A grounded discussion on sustainable exercise habits, hormones, and motivation — followed by a practical session exploring functional strength, stamina, and stability.

11:30 – 11:45 • Recovery Tools

Simple, effective techniques to soothe the body after training.

11:45 – 12:05 • Refreshments & Connection Break

Tea, coffee, and light snacks. A chance to pause, breathe, and connect.

12:05 – 13:30 • Restore & Rebalance (with Zoë)

Exploring techniques to release tension, calm stress and bring nervous system regulation, including a practical session using a calming blend of gentle Yin yoga, breathwork, guided relaxation, and a short sound bath.

13:30 – 13:45 • Reflect & Reset – Q&A

Josh and Zoë share practical tools for sustaining wellbeing — including habits, recovery, mindset, and daily lifestyle strategies.

13:45 – 14:00 • Closing Circle & Next Steps

A gentle close, optional sharing, and supportive guidance on how to carry your reset forward into the year.
