Zoë Smith is a holistic wellness coach, yoga teacher, sound and energy therapist, and the founder of Your Vitality Coaching. Her work draws on Eastern traditions, nervous system education, and lived experience of navigating burnout, stress and emotional recovery.
Zoë is not a counsellor or therapist — her role is to walk beside you with grounded tools, gentle encouragement, and real-life strategies that meet you where you are.
