A 60 min blend of Hatha and Yin Yoga for active movement and deep connective tissue stretching. Finishing with 15 mins of deep relaxation through a guided meditation and short pranayama practice.

Just bring your mat, any blocks, bolsters, blankets or pillows you may want and make sure you have enough room above and all around it to exercise safely without hitting anything.
