Deliberately Strong is a 30-minute online resistance training class designed to improve muscular strength, boost your metabolism, and support better body composition—all from home. With a focus on time under tension, this full-body workout challenges you to move with intention, engaging your muscles in a more controlled, effective way.
Each class is paced to help you connect with your movement, build muscular endurance, and develop true functional strength. This is body conditioning at its finest—no frantic reps, just smart, powerful work that delivers results.
You’ll need a couple of different sized kettlebells or pairs of dumbbells, or an at-home pump set/smart bar with plates. If you only have one or two different weights to work with, that’s totally fine—choose one that feels manageable and one that gives you a bit of a push. Different exercises call for different loads, so having options will help you get the most from the session.
