This 60-minute online class blends the dynamic energy of Hatha Yoga (Yang) with the meditative stillness of Yin Yoga to create a uniquely balanced and nourishing practice. Combining the active, strength-building movement of Hatha with the deep release of Yin, this class offers the best of both worlds—uplifting your energy while calming your mind. In this session we balance effort with ease to radiate and receive.
In the first half of the session, we focus on flowing sequences, breath, and mindful strength to awaken the body and build vitality. The second half transitions into long-held, passive Yin postures designed to gently stretch connective tissues, release physical and energetic tension, and invite stillness. We close each class with guided relaxation and breathwork to allow everything to integrate.
This fusion of styles encourages both physical resilience and inner calm. You’ll leave feeling centred—grounded yet light, strong yet soft—with improved flexibility, reduced tension, and a quiet sense of clarity. It’s the perfect practice to recharge your energy and find peace within.

Yin-Yang Yoga is suitable for most levels, though it’s not recommended during pregnancy. If you’re unsure whether this class is right for you, just get in touch —we’re happy to help. As always, trust your body. Never force a posture or push through pain. This practice is about attuning to your energy, not forcing it.
You’ll need a yoga mat and any props that help you feel supported—blocks, a bolster or firm cushions, and a blanket. Creating a calm, softly lit space will help you fully drop into both the active and restful parts of the class.
