Join us today for 3 rounds of exercises that cover the full body - each round gets shorter (yes, I have been kind to us today!!) - 60 secs: 45 secs : 30secs.

Each class offers scalable options, whether you're starting out or looking to reignite your routine. Movements are simple, effective, and can be tailored to suit where you're starting from. Exercises combine cardio and resistance training using bodyweight or (optionally) dumbbells or a kettlebell.

Suitable for most abilities—except for those who are pregnant. If you’re unsure whether this class is right for you, get in touch and we’ll be happy to advise. As always, listen to your body.
