This 60-minute online Hatha class is designed to bring balance to body and mind through a steady, mindful practice rooted in traditional principles. By synchronizing breath with movement, we create space for inner stillness, clarity, and strength—on and off the mat. Today we align with the energies of yesterday's 7/7 portal bringing alignment, awakening and an invitation to come back to your deeper wisdom.
Each session follows the classical Hatha yoga format, beginning with grounding and a gentle warm-up, progressing through Sun Salutations and standing postures, and closing with a deeply restorative guided relaxation and breathwork practice. Expect a calming, purposeful pace that allows time to connect with each pose and truly feel into your body.
