Join us on this hot and sweaty morning for 6 x 30 second interval combos to work your full body - 2 for lower body, 2 for upper body and 2 for core. You may want to hold something heavy for one upper body combo - a weight of your choice that will challenge you to curl, press and tricep extend it! We repeat this pattern 5 times with slightly shorter rests after the first round.
