Get ready to move, sweat, and feel powerful in this fast-paced 45-minute kettlebell class. Test Your Metal Kettles is designed to challenge your cardiovascular fitness, core stability, and full-body strength with functional, high-intensity movements that deliver results. If you're looking to torch calories, boost endurance, and build lean muscle in a short, efficient session—this is your class. In this session we have a warm up then 30 different exercises each performed for 1 min with no rests....you can take a break whenever you need to! We finish with a cool down and stretch.

Expect a full-body workout that works your muscles hard and challenges your core throughout, as it stabilises during every movement. Thanks to the structure of these sessions, you'll continue to burn calories for up to 24 hours after class—hello, afterburn effect!

🛑 Please note: Due to the ballistic nature of kettlebell training, this class is not suitable for everyone. If you’re pregnant, have back or neck issues, or experience high or low blood pressure, please do not attend. If you’re unsure whether this class is right for you, get in touch and we’ll be happy to advise. As always, listen to your body. You know yourself best—never push through pain. These sessions are about challenge, not punishment. This is your time to move mindfully, build strength safely, and reconnect with your body.
