Join us for this 30 min fat burn class where I bring the exercises and you choose the intensity!

We have a warm up then 40 different exercises to challenge the whole body! Each exercise is done for 30 seconds and then we move on. We blend cardio with bodyweight exercises to improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility which, along with good nutrition, will lead to improved body composition. This workout targets the whole body. Expect to sweat...a lot!!
