Join us for this 30 min fat burn class where I bring the exercises and you choose the intensity!
We have a warm up then 3 blocks of 3 pairs of exercises - 1 cardio, 1 resistance. Each exercise is done for 30 seconds and at the end of each block we have a 30 second rest before repeating the block. We finish with a cool down and stretch. Targeting the full body using purely bodyweight - expect to sweat!!
These classes are designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility which, along with good nutrition, will lead to improved body composition.
