Enjoy a 30 minute full body workout composed of a mix of cardio and conditioning bodyweight exercises. These can tailored to any level of fitness with options given.
In this session there is a warm up, then we do 2 blocks of 8 exercises, each exercise for 20 seconds hard work and 10 seconds active rest - then a rest before we repeat it. You will do 4 rounds of tabata in total, before we cool down and stretch. Full body workout, all bodywieght.

These classes were originally filmed live in 2021/2 as the world re-emerged from the global pandemic, where many people had not exercised for some time. These classes were designed to ease people back into exercise in shorter bursts - suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced, with options given throughout to tailor to your level.
