20220222_Test Your Metal Kettles

A 60-minute full body workout using a Kettlebell. Not for the faint-hearted…after warming up we then move on to do 12 different exercises for 1 minute each before taking a short break, we then repeat this format with two further blocks of 12 exercises (different exercises in each block). We finish with a 10 minute cool down.

This style of exercise will challenge your cardiovascular fitness as well as building strength. Kettlebells are a free weight and therefore require your core to be engaged throughout to support and protect your low back – by the time you get to the core exercises don’t be surprised if they feel more difficult than normal!!

These classes were originally filmed live in 2021/2 as the world re-emerged from the global pandemic, where many people had not exercised for some time. These classes were designed to ease people back into exercise in shorter bursts - suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced, with options given throughout to tailor to your level. Expect to challenge your cardiovascular system, strength and flexibility!
