20210929_Cardio Resist

Enjoy a 30 minute full body workout composed of a mix of cardio and conditioning bodyweight exercises. These can tailored to any level of fitness with options given.

In this session there is a warm up, and we then follow the Cardio-Resist HIIT Protocol: you will do a cardio exercise for 30 seconds, then a resistance exercise for 30 seconds and continue to alternate for 6 rounds, before we have a quick rest and then go again! We finish with a 4 minute burst of 1 minute intervals of 4 different Core exercises, before finally cooling down and stretching!! Cardio Resist is one of my favourite workouts, prepare to sweat!

These classes were originally filmed live in 2021/2 as the world re-emerged from the global pandemic, where many people had not exercised for some time. These classes were designed to ease people back into exercise in shorter bursts - suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced, with options given throughout to tailor to your level. Expect to challenge your cardiovascular system, strength and flexibility!
