Enjoy a 30 minute full body workout composed of a mix of cardio and conditioning bodyweight exercises. These can tailored to any level of fitness with options given.
In this session there is a warm up, then 3 blocks of 4 or 5 exercises each done for 30 seconds and repeated 3 times, then a cool down and stretch.

These classes were originally filmed live in 2021/2 as the world re-emerged from the global pandemic, where many people had not exercised for some time. These classes were designed to ease people back into exercise in shorter bursts - suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced, with options given throughout to tailor to your level. Expect to challenge your cardiovascular system, strength and flexibility!
