In this session, there is a warm up, then 40 different exercises with nothing repeated and each done for only 30 seconds!! We finish with a cool down and stretch. This workout will fly past!

These classes were originally filmed live in 2021/2 as the world re-emerged from the global pandemic, where many people had not exercised for some time. These classes were designed to ease people back into exercise in shorter bursts - suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced, with options given throughout to tailor to your level.
