This 60-minute online Hatha class is designed to bring balance to body and mind through a steady, mindful practice rooted in traditional principles. By synchronizing breath with movement, we create space for inner stillness, clarity, and strength—on and off the mat.
Each session follows the classical Hatha yoga format, beginning with grounding and a gentle warm-up, progressing through Sun Salutations and standing postures, and closing with a deeply restorative guided relaxation and breathwork practice. Expect a calming, purposeful pace that allows time to connect with each pose and truly feel into your body.
Hatha Yoga places particular emphasis on breath control (pranayama) to clear energetic pathways and support a more meditative state of awareness. This practice supports not just flexibility and strength, but resilience, focus, and nervous system balance.

Suitable for most abilities—except for those who are pregnant. If you’re unsure whether this class is right for you, get in touch and we’ll advise ahead of time. As always, listen to your body. You know yourself best—never push through pain. This is a practice of presence and patience, not perfection.
You’ll need a yoga mat and anything that helps support your comfort and alignment—blocks, a bolster or cushion, and a blanket for relaxation. Make sure your space is quiet, warm, and free from distractions, so you can fully drop in.
