A Half-Day Wellbeing Reset

Find Your Flow is a carefully designed morning of movement, relaxation and wellbeing practices created to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and leave feeling calmer, clearer and more balanced.

Throughout the morning we will explore a blend of gentle physical practices, energy awareness and deep relaxation. The experience is designed not only to help you unwind in the moment, but also to give you practical tools and techniques you can take away and use in everyday life.

This is not about fitness levels or prior experience. It is simply an opportunity to step away from the busyness of daily life and spend a few hours supporting your body, mind and energy in a calm and welcoming environment.


What the Morning Includes

Pilates for Core Strength & a Healthy Spine
We begin with gentle Pilates-based movement designed to support posture, spinal health and core stability. These exercises are practical, accessible and easily adaptable so you can continue using them at home.

Understanding & Working With Your Energy
This session offers a practical introduction to energy awareness. You will explore simple ways to understand and sense your own energy field, and gain a clear overview of concepts such as chakras and energy pathways. The session concludes with a guided chakra balancing meditation. You will leave with techniques you can practise in daily life.

Yin Yoga for Deep Release
Yin Yoga uses slow, floor-based postures held for longer periods of time to gently release tension in the body’s connective tissues. The practice encourages stillness, improves flexibility and mobility, and helps the nervous system move into a deeply restorative state.

Sound Bath with Reiki Infusion
The morning concludes with a deeply relaxing sound bath using crystal singing bowls, gong and other instruments. The vibrations of sound help calm the nervous system and encourage deep rest.

During this session the space and sound will be gently infused with Reiki healing energy, adding another layer of relaxation and energetic support. As always with Reiki, it is entirely your choice whether you receive the healing or not — if you choose to accept it then simply being present in the space is enough, and your body will take what it needs.


Practical Tools You Can Take Away

One of the intentions behind this event is that you leave not only feeling relaxed, but also empowered with simple tools you can continue using at home, including:

• breathing techniques for calming the nervous system
• spinal health and posture exercises
• energy awareness practices
• simple relaxation techniques
• guided meditation practices

These are all designed to be accessible, practical and easy to integrate into everyday life.

What to Bring

To ensure you are comfortable throughout the morning, please bring:

• Yoga mat
• Comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement
• Blanket
• Cushion or pillow
• Yoga bolster or blocks if you like to use them
• Something warm to wear during relaxation

During deep relaxation the body temperature can drop slightly, so extra layers are recommended.
